These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SYNTRIEM website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SYNTRIEM ("SYNTRIEM", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Centreville, Virginia, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
Paper trading is a simulation using virtual funds; results do not represent real profits or losses and do not guarantee future performance. Live trading connects your own third-party brokerage account (e.g., Kraken via API keys, or Coinbase via OAuth). When you enable live trading, orders are placed with real funds through your broker and are subject to that broker's terms, fees, and execution. SYNTRIEM does not custody your funds and does not execute trades on its own books.
The Service provides algorithmic and AI-generated signals, scores, charts, and market data for informational purposes only. Signals may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Market and chart data are provided by third parties (including exchange feeds and charting providers) and are offered "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Paid plans (e.g., Pro and Platinum) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel or downgrade at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe, Coinbase, Kraken, Google, and market-data/charting providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data, or actions.
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by SYNTRIEM and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS OR DATA ARE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTRIEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
